What must I do to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
Please call Customer Service at 770-414-4880 or toll-free at 1-877-252-2517 to request an RMA number. The instruments must be inspected before credit can be issued. Expect 2 to 3 weeks to process credits.
How can I get a product repaired?

What forms of payment are accepted?
Black & Black accepts the following forms of payment: business check, international bank wire, and the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
How do I get a receipt?
Please print your receipt from the web store when you order your instruments. If you need to print a receipt for a previous order, you can find the orders on your account profile under the Orders tab.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes, as soon as your order is submitted. If there is any difficulty in filling your order immediately, we will contact you regarding your order.
