Manage Your Account


If you are a registered user of our site, you will be asked at the top of our homepage to sign in. Or, you can register now. Benefits of registration include the ability to purchase instruments directly from our site (for U.S. customers), as well as the opportunity to receive information regarding new instrumentation, special offers, and key industry events.

As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:

  • Your name and e-mail address.
  • A password.
  • Your customer profile (company or single-physician information) in order to contact you and bill/ship any orders.

The customer profile you are completing helps us to comply with regulations, as we may sell our instruments only to hospitals or doctors. Please feel free to complete the questions to help us learn more about you. Your answers will ultimately help us improve your shopping experience. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties. Black and Black strictly adheres to its privacy policy.

Account name

Your account (or user) name is chosen during your registration process and is visible to you on your account profile.

To edit your account email and other profile information, go to the Edit My Account  page.

Forgotten Password

If you have a Black & Black account and you have forgotten your password, we can provide it for you. On the login page, click the Request New Password tab and enter your email address, then click the button E-mail new password.

We will immediately email a unique one-time link to your registered email address for you to re-set your password securely. For security reasons, we do not have access to your password and cannot re-send it to you, but you can change your password on your account page.
