- What must I do to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
- Please call Customer Service at 770-414-4880 or toll-free at 1-877-252-2517 to request your RMA number. Returned instruments must be inspected before credit can be issued. Expect 2 to 3 weeks to process credits.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
- Black & Black accepts the following forms of payment: business check, international bank wire, and the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Note: for online orders, a valid credit card is required to complete any transaction.
- Will my credit card be charged immediately when placing an order online?
- Yes, the card used for payment will be charged as soon as your order is submitted. If there is any difficulty in filling your order immediately, we will contact you regarding your order.
