Micro Clamps

Black & Black’s microsurgical clamps are precisely calibrated to exacting standards. Our clamps are offered in a range of five sizes, which work on vessel diameters of 0.3 mm to 5.0 mm.

Clamps come in “A” or “V” patterns:

• The “V” pattern is the all-purpose clamp, commonly used on all veins and almost all arteries.
• The “A” pattern is designed for thick-walled vessels and slippery arteries. The slight in-curve of the tips of the “A” pattern jaw provides extra security against slippage.
• Clamps feature a flat and non-serrated surface to ensure that pressure is spread evenly over the entire area of the vessel wall.
• All clamps are available in either a black or matte grey finish. The black finish helps minimize eye fatigue.
